For those who may not know, a superhero's collection of adversaries is often referred to as a "rogues gallery." And Batman has one of the very best in all of comics. In fact, the Dark Knight's rogues gallery stands atop the evildoer mountain, though Spider-Man is known to have an impressive rogues gallery as well. And since several of Batman's rivals appear on the big screen today when "Suicide Squad" opens nationwide, we'll use our "Top 10 Friday" this week to rank Batman's enemies.
Though early reviews on "Suicide Squad" have been underwhelming, we expect the hodgepodge team flick to rake it in at the box office. And keep in mind critics aren't always fans (in fact, they rarely are), so we recommend you see and judge the film for yourself. This is really just the beginning for DC movies, so hopefully the arrow points up. All fans are better served when Marvel, DC and independent publishers are competitive and consistent. Before we shine the Bat signal on DK's rogues gallery, let's take one last look at some more "Suicide Squad" collectibles.
